Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed on www.byounutra.com, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS on your registered contact details. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional verification may be required before the order is processed.
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment verification. Prisha Multicom Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances are suspected.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing timelines may be extended. In such cases, our team will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding any significant delays.
Shipping Coverage
Byou Nutra currently delivers across most serviceable locations within India. While we strive to reach as many customers as possible, delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your PIN code and the coverage of our logistics partners. Certain remote, restricted, or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders with a billing value of INR 599 and above. Orders below this value may attract a nominal shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed. All applicable charges are communicated transparently before payment confirmation.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations across India. The availability of COD depends on factors such as delivery location, order value, courier partner serviceability, and internal risk assessment criteria. Byou Nutra reserves the right to disable the COD option for certain orders or locations without prior notice. Delivery Timelines Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, all timelines provided on the Website are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. Customers can use these details to monitor the progress of their shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking system.
Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package to the address provided at the time of checkout.
In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.
Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Shipments
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, broken, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@byounutra.com along with your order number, contact details, photographs of the package and product, and a brief description of the issue. Claims reported after the specified period may not be eligible for review or replacement.
International Shipping
At present, Byou Nutra ships only within India and does not offer international shipping services.
Force Majeure
While we strive to fulfil every order within the estimated timelines, certain events beyond our reasonable control may affect processing or delivery schedules. These may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, and other force majeure events.
In such situations, Byou Nutra shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions in delivery.
